Cookbook author Giuliano Hazan and his wife Lael open their home for an intimate hands-on cooking class.
Prepare a four course Italian meal alongside award winning cooking teacher and cookbook author Giuliano Hazan.
The class concludes with a convivial finale at the table to partake of all the dishes prepared along with Italian wine. Enjoy a day or evening of cooking and eating in true Italian style, within the Italianate warmth of the Hazan riverside home.
All classes are $195 per person. On February 14, 2025 we will have a special Valentine’s Day class with a special menu and premium wines for $275. We also offer private classes. The fee is $1,000 for the first 4 people and $195 for each additional person.
Daytime classes: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
Evening classes: 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
Gift certificates for either private classes or regularly scheduled classes may be purchased without choosing a date. Gift certificates never expire and are valid regardless of any price increases.
