Your elegant home for the week in the Langhe
The Finest Culinary Region in Europe
We are thrilled to offer a cooking school in Piedmont — the region whose cooks and winemakers have employed the gifts of nature to create what may be the finest culinary experience in Europe. To discover this often underrated region, join us for a week of cooking classes and gastronomic excursions, feasting on white truffles more precious than gold, and drinking extraordinary wines.

During the day, explore Piedmontese chocolate, honey, hazelnuts, cheeses, and white truffles from locals who have honed their craft over generations.
