Live and cook at the magnificent Renaissance Villa della Torre, surrounded by Allegrini's Valpolicella vineyards near romantic Verona. Four intensive hands-on classes with Giuliano, field trips to a 1648 rice mill, the Padova food market, Parmigiano-Reggiano and culatello producers, and a farewell lunch on the shores of Lake Garda.

Hands-On Cooking with Giuliano

Daily field trips to the region's finest food producers — with Lael's history and storytelling adding depth to every stop — plus lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant.

Deluxe Accommodations & Breakfast

Six or seven nights in a luxuriously appointed villa or estate guest house, with a full Italian breakfast each morning before the day's adventures begin.
