Villa della Torre · Near Verona & Lake Garda
Live and cook at the magnificent Renaissance Villa della Torre, surrounded by Allegrini's Valpolicella vineyards near romantic Verona. Four intensive hands-on classes with Giuliano, field trips to a 1648 rice mill, the Padova food market, Parmigiano-Reggiano and culatello producers, and a farewell lunch on the shores of Lake Garda.

Hands-On Cooking with Giuliano
Intensive 5-hour classes where you do the cooking — homemade pasta, risotto, meats, fish, vegetables, and desserts. Each class concludes with a full dinner of everything you made.
