Together with partner Marilisa Allegrini of the famed Allegrini Winery in Valpolicella, the Hazans will lead you on an incomparable culinary excursion. Trips to Italy’s finest – and often hidden – food and wine producers, daily classes preparing traditional Italian meals, and dining at some of Italy’s best-loved restaurants will make your week nothing short of a total immersion in Italian food, wine, and life.
